Quotation information

The quotation editor processes entries in your browser. It stores the current draft in localStorage under freightquote-v1 so it can be restored on the same browser and device. The application does not send quotation fields to a quotation server.

Local storage and deletion

Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to see the saved draft. Clear this site’s data in your browser settings to remove it. Starting a new quotation replaces the working draft. Quotations explicitly saved to the Saved quotations list are stored separately under freightquote-library-v1 and can be removed individually using Delete in Saved quotations, or together by clearing this site’s browser data. Deleting a saved quotation does not remove the working draft or any downloaded files. Storage belongs to this browser profile and site address; a new domain does not inherit drafts from the preview address. Browser storage is not a backup.

PDFs, clipboard and messages

PDF export creates a downloadable file entirely in your browser. A separate print option uses the browser print system. Copy buttons write the generated draft to your clipboard when permitted. The optional Share PDF button passes your file to your device’s share sheet only when you tap it; you choose the destination. You decide where to save a PDF or paste a message. Saved files and clipboard contents are outside the site’s storage controls. Email and WhatsApp drafts are not sent automatically.

Hosting and technical data

This public website is hosted through OpenAI Sites, whose hosting infrastructure uses Cloudflare. Hosting services may process IP addresses, browser information, request logs and authentication cookies to deliver and protect the site. Their own privacy terms apply. The app serves its PDF libraries and Noto Sans fonts from this site; it does not load external font services. Quotation fields are not included in page URLs or sent to these services by the app.

Optional Analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow. Reject and closing the notice leave it off. Use Privacy settings in the footer to change your choice. Your choice is stored in localStorage under freightquote-analytics-v1. Analytics is independent of advertising consent.

When allowed, Google receives page visits, basic device/browser information and technical connection data. Analytics cookies (_ga and a property-specific _ga cookie) distinguish visits, with a configured 90-day lifetime. We send only known page paths, without query parameters or fragments, and an empty referrer. We do not send quotation fields, customer/contact details, shipment information, PDF contents or message drafts. Enhanced measurement, Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled. The optional owner verification checkbox sends a diagnostic event to DebugView.

Rejecting after allowing disables collection, clears this site's Analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop the loaded tag. Your locally saved quotation work is preserved. Withdrawal does not delete information already received by Google. See Google's privacy policy.

Advertising: planned, not active

We are applying to the existing Google AdSense account. An ads.txt ownership/authorization record does not load ads or track visitors. Ad tags and Auto ads remain off pending approval and verified advertising consent integration. Advertising consent messages will be separate from the Analytics choice. Published message configuration alone does not mean advertising consent is enforced on this site.
